"Well, here's Narcissa as the Queen of Cups. She's definitely more Tarot canon than her husband as the King. The Queen of Cups can signify a woman with highly intuitive intelligence, a loving partner, an artist, a medium, a mother and protectress, and someone to whom home and family are very important.
I had her facing sideways, because she's not out to challenge or engage the viewer. She rests within herself. And reading how Narcissa always tried to stare straight ahead when Voldemort was around in DH, I think this fits..."
I like these tarot cards that feature characters in the Harry Potter stories. The artist explains that Narcissa looks to the side to symbolize her avoidance of "challenging the viewer." She points out that this "jives" with Narcissa's lack of direct eye contact with Voldemort.
