When poked with a sharp instrument, the Mimbulus mimbletonia plant shoots out thick green sap from every pulsating boil.

  • Stinksap smells like "rancid manure" but is not poisonous (OP10).
  • When Neville's plant spewed Stinksap all over the railway carriage and onto Harry and Luna, Ginny cleaned up with the Scouring Charm "Scourgify" (OP10).

Notes

It's possible that the Weasley Twins used some of the Stinksap from Neville's Mimbulus mimbletonia to create their Portable Swamp. When Umbridge confronted them about it in the corridor, Harry noticed that "Students were standing all around the walls in a great ring (some of them, Harry noticed, covered in a substance that looked very like Stinksap)...
