A room located in the Department of Mysteries on Level Nine of the Ministry of Magic (OP35)

This is a darkened room with planets hanging in space, which even Luna thought was strange. Something like the anti-gravity mist from the Triwizard maze is in operation at least part of the time, since she reported that for some of the time they were floating around in the darkness (OP35).
