MACUSA employees in white coats who lead convicted prisoners to the Death Cell and remove happy memories from the victims that will entice them into the pool of deadly poison (WFT).

In 1926, Newt Scamander's Bowtruckle named Pickett attacked and bit an Executioner who was trying to kill Tina Goldstein in the Death Cell. That gave Newt time to release a Swooping Evil which rescued Tina from the killing bubbles in the deadly pool of memories (WFT).
