Eclairs

Eclairs are pastries served at Hogwarts and apparently enjoyed by both Albus Dumbledore and Ron Weasley. Specifically, chocolate eclairs were served at Harry’s first start-of-term feast (PS7) and among the foodstuffs provided the House-elves (and eagerly devoured by Ron) when Harry, Ron, and Hermione visited the Hogwarts kitchens (GF21). “Toffee eclairs” was a password to Dumbledore’s office (HBP20).
