"Great Uncle Algie came round for dinner, and he was hanging me out of an upstairs window by the ankles when my Great Auntie Enid offered him a meringue and he accidentally let go. But I bounced -- all the way down the garden and into the road. They were all really pleased, Gran was crying, she was so happy"
-- Neville Longbottom (PS7)
Home of Neville Longbottom, his Gran Augusta Longbottom and various other relatives (PS7).
- Neville had many family members and he receives letters from them at Hogwarts, but the family mentioned being in the home are his Gran and (deceased) Grandfather (OP10), Great Aunt Enid, and Uncle Algie (PS7).
- Just before the Battle of Hogwarts, Neville's Gran was living alone in the Longbottom home, whether by choice or because other family members were in hiding is unknown. Auror Dawlish was sent to arrest her and thought it would be easy, but the "little old witch" as her grandson called her did enough damage to put Dawlish in St. Mungo's and then went on the run (DH29). She showed up later at the Battle of Hogwarts looking for Neville (DH31).

Notes
It's possible that the Longbottom home was the location where Bellatrix Lestrange, her husband and brother-in-law and Barty Crouch Jr. trapped and tortured Neville's parents, Aurors Frank and Alice Longbottom. However, since the family home is not specifically mentioned it cannot be considered canon, as they could have been Crucio'd anywhere (GF30).
