Mrs. Georgina Smythe, struggling to keep her Flitterbloom alive, lives here in Oxfordshire, in the small town of Nettlebed. We know of her thanks to an episode of ‘Toots, Shoots ‘n’ Roots’ that aired on Jo’s website, in which Georgina wrote in to Tilden Toots to ask about her plant. Oxfordshire is a county in south-central England.
