Protego diabolica

Protego diabolica is a protective spell that creates a ring of black fire around the caster (CG).

History and Notes

Grindelwald created this spell around himself Aurors arrived at his Paris rally. Most of his Acolytes walked through the black flames to join him inside the circle. Krall, however, hesitated and was swallowed by the flames when he did try to cross them (CG).
