Bagman has some very definite opinions to offer Daily Prophet readers on the semi-finalist Brazilian, American, Bulgarian and Japanese teams (QWC). Is he still providing wizards with a betting and gambling service, or did he learn his lesson after the 1994 Quidditch World Cup and the 1994-95 Triwizard Tournament results? Probably not....
