This is unlikely to be James Potter's mother, as Rowling has told us that James's mother was old in wizarding terms when she died - and Dorea only lived to be 57. Also, James's parents took in Sirius Black after he ran away from home, and therefore would almost certainly have been blasted off the Black Family Tree.
