Euphemia Rowle was an “extreme Death Eater” and the guardian of Delphi, the offspring of Lord Voldemort and Bellatrix Lestrange (CC3.16).
- Euphemia only took in Delphi because she was paid in gold. She disliked the child, and taunted that her pet Augurey's sad cry foretold her "sticky end" (CC3.16).
