The Angus Buchanan Cup for Outstanding Effort is an award given out at Hogwarts each year to a student who demonstrates exceptional effort (Pm).
The award is named in honor of the Squib Angus Buchanan, who nearly faked his way into Hogwarts and later went on to be an accomplished athlete in the Muggle world (Pm).
