“Just because you’ve got the emotional range of a teaspoon doesn’t mean we all have,” said Hermione nastily, picking up her quill again.

This conversation between Harry, Ron, and Hermione happens to reveal Hermione's continued correspondence with Viktor Krum, to whom Hermione is writing when Harry returns to the Gryffindor Common Room. That night, Harry dreams that Cho accuses him of luring her to the Room of Requirement in return for fifty Chocolate Frog cards, and she angrily compares his lack of Chocolate Frog cards to the ones she still carries that Cedric gave to her. Since he does not have any, Hermione suggests that he give Cho his Firebolt instead, but he says Umbridge has it in her office, and that he only came to the room to put up Christmas baubles shaped like Dobby's head, anyway. This dream metamorphoses into his vision of Nagini's attack on Mr. Weasley. His connection to Voldemort saves Mr. Weasley's life, and it prompts Dumbledore to command Snape to give Harry Occlumency lessons, in an effort to prevent further visions of this kind.
