Vinda Rosier was one of Grindelwald’s lieutenants having joined him sometime before 1927. When Queenie was distraught after having argued with Jacob, Rosier took her to a safehouse where Grindlewald was residing. She comforted Queenie and presented her with an ever-refilling teapot but when Queenie announced she wanted to leave Rosier ushered in Grindelwald to implore her to join his side. She was also at Grindelwald’s Rally in the Lestrange mausoleum in support of him but disapparated away when the Aurors converged. (CG)

The Rosier family is one of the Sacred Twenty-Eight and a pure-blood wizarding family.

Commentary

Etymology

Primarily Germanic and Norse origin the name "Vinda" means "to wind or twist"

Rosier is a French name that means "rose bush" and is also is the name of a fallen angel and the patron demon of seduction and tainted love.
