Sold on the Hogwarts Express trolley (PS6, GF11, OP38). Bathilda Bagshot also baked some for the Dumbledore family once, but Kendra Dumbledore slammed the door in her face (DH11).

Notes
At the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Florida, the "cauldron cakes" are sold at Honeydukes sweet shop and resemble tiny cauldrons with chocolate feet and handles at the top. They are described as "Plump chocolate-chip muffins with brownie richness, the top of the half-dome shape is dipped in chocolate and topped with a whipped topping and finished with a semisweet-chocolate handle.." If you want to whip up a batch (maybe better than Bathilda's) then try this fan recipe that uses chocolate chips for the feet of the cauldron.
